  • Lagoon-facing conference space

Tour Plan

Arrival at Agatti/Kavaratti
The group flies into Agatti Island (the main gateway, connected via Kochi) and is transferred by boat to the resort island. The evening opens with a welcome dinner by the lagoon.

Conference Session & Water Sports
The morning conference session is held in a lagoon-facing hall. In the afternoon, the group takes to the water for snorkelling among Lakshadweep's coral reefs, alongside kayaking and other water sports — genuinely immersive activities given the archipelago's exceptional water clarity.

Glass-Bottom Boat Tour & Leisure
A glass-bottom boat tour lets the group view the coral reef without getting in the water, ideal for those preferring a lower-effort activity. The rest of the day is left free for beach leisure, with a group dinner in the evening.

Departure
After breakfast, the group transfers back to Agatti for the return flight.

Tour Faq

Lakshadweep is a restricted-entry union territory, and the permit system exists to manage visitor numbers and protect the islands' fragile ecosystem. Processing typically takes a few weeks, so we recommend booking well in advance — our team handles the application on behalf of the group, but does need passport or ID details from all participants ahead of time to file it correctly.
Lakshadweep's resort and room capacity is genuinely limited compared to more developed beach destinations, partly by geography and partly by deliberate government policy to keep tourism low-impact. This makes it a poor fit for very large all-staff outings, but an excellent one for smaller leadership groups or reward trips of roughly 10-25 people who want a genuinely exclusive, uncrowded experience.
Flights connect to Agatti Island via Kochi, and from there, a boat transfer takes the group to the specific resort island, which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours depending on which island the resort is on. It's a longer, more multi-step journey than flying directly into a beach destination like Goa, so it's worth factoring extra travel time into the itinerary.
Yes, by most accounts Lakshadweep's coral reefs and water clarity are very comparable to the Maldives, and some divers consider certain Lakshadweep sites even less disturbed given lower visitor numbers. The overall resort infrastructure and villa-style luxury are generally less developed than top-tier Maldives resorts, but the natural underwater experience holds up well.
October through May offers the calmest seas and best conditions for water activities. Monsoon months (June-September) bring rough seas that can disrupt both ferry schedules and snorkelling conditions, so it's best avoided for a corporate trip with a fixed schedule.
