Tour Plan

Arrival & Welcome
The group arrives at a riverside resort near Corbett National Park after a 5-6 hour drive from Delhi. The evening opens with a welcome dinner by the river.

Conference Session & Jungle Safari
The morning conference session is held at the resort. In the afternoon, the group heads into the park for a jeep safari — one jeep per 6 people, with multiple jeeps entering together where permits allow — in search of tigers, elephants, and the park's rich birdlife. The shared anticipation and spotting of wildlife make this a naturally bonding, low-effort team activity. The evening closes with a bonfire dinner.

Museum Visit & Departure
A morning visit to the Corbett Museum, dedicated to hunter-turned-conservationist Jim Corbett, precedes breakfast and the return journey to Delhi.

Tour Faq

Standard safety and permit regulations limit each jeep to around 6 passengers, so for a group of 30, you'd need roughly 5 jeeps. We coordinate multiple jeeps to enter the park together and, where zone permits allow, follow similar routes so the group has a shared safari experience rather than being scattered across the park independently.
We're careful not to promise a guaranteed sighting, since Corbett is a genuinely wild reserve and tiger movements can't be predicted or controlled. That said, Corbett has one of the higher tiger densities among Indian reserves and a strong historical sighting record, so while it's not guaranteed, the odds are reasonably good compared to many other parks — and even without a tiger sighting, elephants, deer, and rich birdlife are common throughout the safari.
November through June is when the park is open to visitors; the exact opening and closing dates shift slightly year to year based on monsoon timing. Within that window, April-June tends to have better sighting odds as water sources become scarcer and animals concentrate around remaining rivers and waterholes, though it's also the hottest period.
Yes — most riverside resorts near the park have dedicated conference facilities alongside the wildlife experience, so a company can run a genuine working session in the morning and head into the park for the safari in the afternoon, giving the trip a clear split between structured work time and the shared, informal bonding that comes from the safari itself.
It's approximately 5-6 hours by road, which is manageable as a single day's travel for most groups, particularly if departure is scheduled early. For companies wanting to minimise travel fatigue, an early-morning departure with a breakfast stop en route works well.
