THAILAND CORPORATE TOUR PACKAGE

Rs.46999.00/Person

Thailand remains the go-to choice for companies that need to bring a large group abroad without stretching the budget, and it manages this without feeling like a compromise on experience. Bangkok offers serious conference infrastructure at a fraction of the cost of comparable Western or Gulf cities, while Phuket delivers the kind of beach-and-boat reward leg that makes an offsite feel like a genuine thank-you to the team rather than just a relocated meeting. The two-city structure also naturally splits the trip into a "work" half and a "reward" half, which many HR teams find easier to justify internally and easier to communicate to employees ahead of the trip.

Thailand's tourism infrastructure is also built to handle large groups efficiently — from bulk hotel bookings to group-rate boat charters for island excursions — meaning even sizeable teams of 40, 50, or more can be managed smoothly without the logistics becoming a burden on the HR team running the trip.

Tour Plan

Arrival in Bangkok

The group arrives at Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang Airport and is transferred to the hotel together. The evening is kept relaxed with a welcome dinner, often at a venue that introduces the team to Bangkok's celebrated street-food-inspired restaurant scene, ahead of the working sessions to follow.

Conference & City Tour

A half-day conference session is held at the hotel, taking advantage of Bangkok's well-priced, well-equipped business venues. In the afternoon, the group visits the Grand Palace and Wat Arun on a guided city tour, followed by a Chao Phraya River cruise as the sun sets — a scenic, low-effort way to close a working day.

Fly to Phuket

A short domestic flight takes the group from Bangkok to Phuket, marking the shift from the working half of the trip to the reward half. After checking into the beach resort, the evening is left open for the team to explore Patong Beach and its nightlife, or to simply unwind by the resort pool.

Phi Phi Islands Team Trip

The full day is spent on a group speedboat excursion to the Phi Phi Islands, including a stop at the iconic Maya Bay and snorkelling at Pileh Lagoon. This day works particularly well as an informal team-building exercise — shared boat rides, group snorkelling, and a beach lunch naturally encourage interaction across departments that don't usually work together.

Leisure & Gala Dinner

The day is kept free for the team to relax on the beach, book optional spa treatments, or explore Phuket independently. In the evening, a gala dinner is arranged, often with a live band or DJ, serving as the trip's closing celebration.

Departure

Final breakfast at the resort, with time for last-minute beach relaxation or shopping depending on flight schedules, before the transfer to Phuket International Airport.

Tour Faq

This structure separates the trip into a working half in Bangkok and a reward/relaxation half in Phuket, which most companies find easier to plan around and communicate to employees.
Yes, Thailand offers one of the best value-for-money ratios among international corporate destinations, without compromising on experience.
Bangkok to Phuket is best done by flight given the distance; a road transfer is not recommended for large groups due to travel time.
Alcohol can be arranged separately at licensed venues on request; it is not included in the standard AP meal plan.
Visa on Arrival or e-visa options are available for short stays; our team assists with the required documentation for the whole group.
