Tour Plan
Arrival in Singapore
The group arrives at Changi Airport and is transferred together to the hotel. The rest of the day is kept free for the team to settle in after the flight. In the evening, a welcome dinner is arranged, often at a venue that introduces the team to Singapore's celebrated food culture, setting a relaxed tone before the working sessions begin.
Conference Day
A full or half-day conference session is held at the hotel's business centre or a dedicated external venue, depending on group size and requirements. Singapore's hotels are particularly well-equipped for corporate bookings, with AV support and breakout rooms readily available. The evening is left open, giving the team a chance to explore Orchard Road or the Marina Bay waterfront independently.
Sentosa Island & Universal Studios
The group heads to Sentosa Island via cable car for a full day at Universal Studios Singapore — a genuinely effective way to get a large team laughing and interacting outside of any work context.
