Tour Plan
Day 1 — Arrival & Welcome
The group arrives in Manali after a scenic road journey (or flight to Bhuntar/Kullu followed by a short transfer) and checks into the resort. The evening opens with a welcome bonfire dinner, giving the team its first taste of the mountain setting.
Day 2 — Conference & River Rafting
The morning conference session is held at the resort, often in a hall with mountain or riverside views. In the afternoon, the group heads to the Beas River for a rafting session — cold water, shared paddling, and a bit of nervous energy make this one of the most effective informal team-building activities on the trip.
Day 3 — Solang Valley Adventure
A full day is spent at Solang Valley, with optional paragliding, zorbing, and cable car rides available for the team. Weather permitting, an excursion to Rohtang Pass can be included for groups wanting snow views. The evening closes with a bonfire dinner back at the resort.
Day 4 — Departure
