KERALA CORPORATE TOUR PACKAGE

Rs.20999.00/Person

Kerala offers a corporate offsite experience built around calm rather than adrenaline — a deliberate contrast for teams that have spent the year in high-pressure environments and need genuine rest as much as bonding. The trip typically combines the tea-garden hills of Munnar with the backwaters of Alleppey, where the entire team boards a private houseboat for a night — an experience that naturally forces everyone into shared, unhurried conversation in a way no structured activity can replicate. Kerala's hospitality infrastructure, refined over decades of tourism, handles group logistics smoothly, and the state's famously excellent food (fully covered under the AP meal plan) is consistently one of the most talked-about parts of any Kerala corporate trip.

Tour Plan

Arrival in Kochi, Transfer to Munnar
The group arrives at Kochi airport and is transferred by road to Munnar (approximately 4 hours), arriving amid tea-garden hills and a noticeably cooler climate. Evening welcome dinner at the resort.

Conference & Munnar Sightseeing
The morning conference session is held at the resort, often with tea-garden views from the hall. In the afternoon, the group visits a tea museum and spice plantation, followed by free time to explore Munnar's local markets.

Transfer to Alleppey & Houseboat Boarding
The group travels to Alleppey (approximately 4 hours) and boards a private houseboat as one group, cruising through the backwaters for the rest of the day. Lunch and dinner are served on board, with the evening spent simply watching the backwaters go by — an unusually effective, low-effort way to get a team talking.

Backwaters & Cultural Evening
The morning continues the houseboat cruise before disembarking and checking into a resort in Alleppey or Kochi. The evening includes an optional Kathakali dance performance, giving the trip a cultural close.

Departure
Final breakfast, with time for last-minute shopping, before transfer to Kochi airport for the flight home.

September to March offers the most pleasant weather. Monsoon months (June–August) bring heavy rain, though some companies specifically choose this period for Kerala's famous monsoon greenery.
Yes — Kerala is best suited to offsites prioritising calm, reflection, and team conversation over high-adrenaline activities. For adventure-heavy trips, Manali or Rishikesh are better fits.
