Arrival & Riverside Evening
Delhi → Ramnagar / Corbett
Depart from Delhi by road or an early train to Ramnagar, arriving by early afternoon after a scenic drive through the Sivalik foothills. Check into your resort, ideally located along the Kosi River, and take the afternoon to settle in.
In the late afternoon, visit Garjia Devi Temple on its rock island in the Kosi River, followed by a relaxed riverside walk. Depending on your resort, enjoy a bonfire evening with dinner by the river as the forest settles into its nighttime quiet. Overnight near Corbett.
Jungle Safari & Corbett Sightseeing
Full Day in Corbett
Rise early for a dawn jungle safari in Bijrani, Jhirna, or Dhela zone (subject to permit availability), accompanied by a trained naturalist guide in an open Gypsy vehicle. Spend two to three hours tracking wildlife — tigers, elephants, leopards, deer, and a wide variety of birdlife are all possible sightings, though never guaranteed in a genuinely wild landscape.
