Tour Plan
Arrival in Srinagar
The group arrives at Srinagar airport and is transferred to the houseboat or a lakeside hotel. The evening includes a shikara ride across Dal Lake at sunset, followed by a welcome dinner — an immediately memorable first evening that sets the tone for the trip.
Conference & Mughal Gardens
The morning conference session is held at the houseboat or a nearby hotel venue, with lake or garden views setting a calm, focused tone. In the afternoon, the group visits Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh, the Mughal-era gardens that line Dal Lake's edge, followed by free time to explore Srinagar's old city and local markets.
Gulmarg Excursion
A full day is spent in Gulmarg (approximately 1.5-2 hours from Srinagar), riding the Gulmarg Gondola — one of the highest cable cars in the world — up towards Apharwat Peak for panoramic Himalayan views. In winter, this day can include optional skiing or snowboarding sessions for the team. Return to Srinagar in the evening for a group dinner.
Leisure & Houseboat Evening
The day is kept lighter, with optional local sightseeing — Pari Mahal, Chashme Shahi, or a visit to a local Pashmina or papier-mâché workshop — followed by a final evening aboard the houseboat, closing the trip with the same signature setting it began with.
Departure
Final breakfast, with time for last-minute shopping at Srinagar's Lal Chowk market, before transfer to the airport.
