Arrival & the Golden Fort

Arrive in Jaisalmer by road, rail, or a connecting drive from Jodhpur airport, and check into your hotel or heritage haveli stay. After lunch, set out to explore Jaisalmer Fort — walk through its four grand gateways into the living citadel, where families have resided for generations amid temples, shops, and havelis built directly into the fort walls. Visit the fort's Jain temple complex before continuing to Patwon Ki Haveli, the most elaborate of Jaisalmer's merchant mansions, followed by Nathmal Ki Haveli and Salim Singh Ki Haveli nearby. Full Day in Jaisalmer
