JAIPUR-UDAIPUR CORPORATE TOUR PACKAGE

Rs.17999.00/Person

Rajasthan offers something few domestic destinations can match — genuine grandeur. Corporate groups get to hold their conference sessions inside converted heritage palaces and forts, dine under the same skies as Rajput royalty once did, and give the trip a sense of occasion that a standard hotel conference room simply can't replicate. Jaipur handles the business side efficiently with excellent hotel infrastructure and easy connectivity, while Udaipur, the "City of Lakes," delivers the reward leg — palace views, lake-side dinners, and a level of visual drama that photographs beautifully for internal company communications and employee social posts alike.

Day 4 — Departure
Final breakfast, with time for last-minute shopping, before transfer to the airport or railway station for the journey home.

Tour Faq

Approximately 5-6 hours by road. For larger groups short on time, a domestic flight between the two cities can be arranged instead.
Yes, several heritage properties in both Jaipur and Udaipur offer palace-style conference halls, subject to availability and group size.
Very much so — the heritage setting and lake views make it a popular choice for annual company retreats and leadership offsites looking for a premium domestic option.
October to March offers pleasant weather; summer months (April–June) can be very hot and are best avoided.
