DUBAI CORPORATE TOUR PACKAGE

Rs.45999.00/Person

Dubai has become one of the most requested corporate offsite destinations for Indian companies, and it's easy to see why once you look past the obvious luxury reputation. The city offers a business-grade infrastructure — reliable connectivity, professional conference facilities, and hotels built specifically to handle large group bookings — alongside experiences dramatic enough to actually reset a team's energy. A desert safari genuinely functions as a team-building exercise: getting a group into 4x4s, navigating dunes together, and ending the day around a shared bonfire does more for cross-department bonding than most structured icebreakers. Add in the skyline views from the Burj Khalifa and a Dhow Cruise dinner where the whole team eats together on the water, and you have an offsite that leadership approves easily and employees actually look forward to.

From an HR planning perspective, Dubai is also operationally simple — direct flights from Delhi under four hours mean no awkward layovers for a group of 30 or 50, the city is safe and easy to navigate even for first-time international travellers on the team, and English is widely spoken across hotels, restaurants, and activity operators. This package is built around a rhythm most companies ask for: a structured work session early in the trip, an adventure-driven team day in the middle, and a relaxed, celebratory close.

Tour Plan

Arrival & Welcome

Arrive at Dubai International Airport, where the group is met and transferred together to the hotel in private coaches. After check-in, the afternoon is kept free for the team to settle in and recover from travel. In the evening, the group gathers for a welcome dinner with a short icebreaker session — a relaxed, low-pressure way to kick off the trip before the more structured days ahead. This is also typically when the tour manager runs through the full schedule with the group so everyone knows what to expect.

Conference Session & City Tour

The morning is reserved for the primary work session — whether that's a leadership offsite, a strategy meeting, or a team workshop, held in a private conference hall arranged at the hotel or a nearby business venue. Post-lunch, the group heads out on a guided city tour covering the Jumeirah Mosque photo-stop, a drive along Palm Jumeirah with views of the Atlantis resort, and time at Dubai Marina. The evening is left open for the team to explore on their own or relax at the hotel.

Desert Safari & Team Building

This is the centrepiece day of the trip. The group is picked up in the afternoon for a thrilling dune-bashing convoy into the Arabian desert, arriving at a traditional Bedouin-style camp as the sun begins to set. The evening includes camel rides, henna stations, falcon photography, and a full BBQ buffet dinner, all set against a live Tanoura and belly dance performance. Many groups use this evening for informal award ceremonies or shout-outs, since the setting naturally lends itself to a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere away from any work agenda.

Burj Khalifa & Dhow Cruise

The morning is spent at Dubai Mall, with a scheduled entry to the Burj Khalifa's observation deck for panoramic views across the city and coastline. The afternoon is kept free for optional shopping or leisure. As evening falls, the group boards a traditional Dhow Cruise along the Marina or Creek for a group dinner on the water, with the illuminated skyline as a backdrop — a fitting closing event for the trip.

Departure

After a final breakfast together, the group checks out, with time built in for any last-minute shopping depending on flight schedules. Private coach transfer to Dubai International Airport for the flight back to Delhi.
