BALI CORPORATE TOUR PACKAGE

Rs.58999.00/Person

Bali occupies a different niche among corporate destinations — it's less about efficient business infrastructure and more about genuine restoration, which makes it the right pick for companies whose teams are running on empty after a demanding quarter. Private villa resorts, many with enough space to double as informal conference venues, mean a company can hold its working sessions in the same setting the team will spend the rest of the trip relaxing in, rather than shuttling between a sterile hotel conference room and the "fun" part of the trip. Activities like white-water rafting and treks through Ubud's rice terraces double naturally as team-building exercises, requiring the kind of coordination and shared effort that structured icebreakers try, and usually fail, to manufacture artificially.

Bali also offers strong value for money on large villa bookings, since group rates on multi-bedroom villas are often more cost-effective per person than standard hotel rooms — a detail that matters when a company is trying to give a large team a premium experience within a fixed budget.

Tour Plan

Arrival

The group arrives at Ngurah Rai International Airport and is transferred to the villa resort in Seminyak or Ubud. After check-in, the evening is kept relaxed with a welcome dinner at the villa, giving the team a chance to unwind together before the trip's schedule kicks in.

Conference & Team Building

The morning conference session is held directly at the villa resort, taking advantage of the private setting for a more relaxed, informal working atmosphere than a typical hotel conference room allows. In the afternoon, the group heads out for a white-water rafting session — a genuinely effective team-building activity that requires coordination, communication, and shared effort between teammates who may not normally work closely together.

Ubud Excursion

A full day is spent exploring Ubud, including a trek through the Tegallalang Rice Terrace and a visit to the Sacred Monkey Forest. Lunch is arranged as a group meal at a restaurant overlooking the rice paddies — a scenic, low-pressure setting that works well for informal team conversations away from the office context entirely

Uluwatu & Cultural Evening

The group visits Uluwatu Temple in the late afternoon, timed to catch the sunset from the clifftop location. The evening includes the Kecak fire dance performance, followed by a group dinner at a restaurant overlooking the ocean — a memorable, shared closing experience for the working half of the trip.

Leisure & Beach Club

The day is left free for the team to relax at the villa, book spa treatments, or explore Bali independently. In the evening, the group gathers at a beach club for a final team dinner, often with music and a more festive, celebratory tone than the earlier days of the trip.

Departure

Final breakfast at the villa, followed by check-out and transfer to the airport, with time for last-minute souvenir shopping depending on flight schedules.
